Hi, I’m Megan Harvey.
In life, I believe that who you are matters. My purpose is to help improve my students’ sense of well-being.
I deeply value relationships, so in my classes you can expect me to meet you where you are. I will know your name, will give you personalized adjustments, and will be specific in helping you get into a more peaceful state of being.
To me, yoga is a practice of holistic wellness, not just fitness. My aim is to share what yoga has given me: strength and freedom in the body, calm and happiness in the soul.
